Every neighbourhood has its go-to person.
That’s Scott Dempster.
Scott's been his neighbourhood's go-to guy for years. Whether it's helping organizing local charity drives, fundraising to improve community centre, or volunteering at neighbourhood events, there's nothing he enjoys more than bringing his community closer together. It was this strong sense of community spirit that inspired Scott to become a realtor—and help his clients find a home in their ideal neighbourhood.
A background built for real estate.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Scott spent years working first in construction and then sales. Through his background, he has learned what to look for in a home in terms of building quality—and a keen appreciation for the rational and emotional factors that motivate people to buy and sell.
North Shore knowledge.
Scott is primarily focused on the communities that are most familiar to him—starting with great family neighbourhoods like North Vancouver’s Pemberton Heights, Canyon Heights, Grouse Woods and Norgate. His extensive knowledge of these areas is a valuable asset for those considering buying or selling in these highly sought after areas.
West Coast family man.
Scott lives in Pemberton Heights with his wife and two boys. In addition to being the neighbourhood’s aforementioned ‘go-to’ guy, he still makes time to dive in and enjoy all the great things the west coast has to offer, including surfing, skiing, and especially golf.
“I’ve always had a passion for real estate. I love development and the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the market. But what I love most about being a realtor is that it allows me to connect with my clients on a personal level, and be there for them as they embark on the next stage of their lives.”— Scott Dempster
