Grand Boulevard is one of oldest and most historic neighbourhoods on the North Shore. These days, the neighbourhood is probably best known for the well-manicured park spanning 12 blocks along the length of the boulevard; a footpath cuts all the way down its centre, where the Lynn Valley Streetcar tracks lay until 1947.
As one might expect given its history, this neighbourhood boasts plenty of beautiful classic home architecture on large lots with ample yard space. Ideally located, Grand Boulevard is also one of North Vancouver's most central neighbourhoods. Lonsdale Avenue and the North Vancouver waterfront are just minutes away. Lynn Valley, Deep Cove, Highway 1 and the Ironworkers' Memorial Bridge are also easily accessible. This combination of proximity to the best of urban living and the spacious beauty of a classic neighbourhood makes Grand Boulevard a very appealing place to live.
